Marinette Group is run on the principles of person-centered planning and family-integrated care. Our specialty is in transitions for Early Start families and for transition-aged adults in the community.

Marinette Group's goal is to support individuals, their families, and their circle of support in translating life visions into clear goals, practical supports, and a coordinated team for long-term success.

The founder, Rosalia, is a NICU nurse with over five years of experience in disability rights advocacy, certified independent facilitator training, and a leader in Maternal/Child Health. She is a fellow of the CA-LEND program at CHLA, which focuses on improving interdisciplinary care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Her current team is working on improving Early Start enrollment for families from the NICU and improving healthcare navigation for families who have recently received a diagnosis of a developmental disability.
